Bilberry and Hawthorn Berry Syrup

I’m a fan of Lynn Rosseto Kasper’s public radio cooking present The Splendid Table. I used to be notably intrigued with a 2020 episode through which she talked a few recipe for butternut squash roasted with a cider discount syrup that she made by merely lowering candy apple cider from 4 components down to at least one half. I believed—as I’m wont to do—“What if I put herbs in that scrumptious syrup?”
